Structural features :
The single-end balanced mechanical seal is easy and reliable to install. The large spring (multi-spring) is externally placed and does not contact with the medium, and an open sealing cavity is adopted. The pressure of external flushing water (API682Plan62 flushing scheme) is less than or equal to 0.05Mpa, and the quenching liquid should be kept unobstructed and uninterrupted.
Operation ranges :
Applicable medium: medium with high impurity content such as gypsum, lime slurry, etc.
Pressure: ≤1.6Mpa Temperature: ≤80℃(150)℃
Linear speed: ≤10m/s
Solid content: <30% (wt)
Application :
Mainly used in the flue gas desulfurization system of coal-fired power plants, filter pumps, lime slurry pumps, etc. It can also be used in chemical, paper and other industries.
