Model : HQZJ type cartridge mechanical seal for slurry pump
Structural features :
The single-end balanced mechanical seal is easy and reliable to install. The large spring (multi-spring) is externally placed and does not contact with the medium, and an open sealing cavity is adopted. The pressure of external flushing water (API682Plan62 flushing scheme) is less than or equal to 0.05Mpa, and the quenching liquid should be kept unobstructed and uninterrupted.
Operation ranges :
Applicable medium : suitable for conveying medium containing high suspended solid particles in the liquid (such as ore mortar, coal slime, sediment), etc.
Pressure : ≤1.6Mpa
Temperature : ≤80℃(150)℃
Linear speed : ≤10m/s
Solid content : ≤30% (wt)
