Structure Features:
BIA type rubber bellows mechanical seal is a built-in, inner-flow type single-end structure, and its transmission form is that the rubber bellows and the shaft drive the driving ring to rotate coaxially through the tightening force of the tightening seat. BIA type mechanical seal conforms to DIN24960 standard. The structure is simple and compact, and can be matched with the "IS" pump.
Sub-materials of friction and auxiliary materials should be selected according to operation condition.
Available Range:
Sealed medium: water, oil, weak corrosive liquids.
Sealing chamber pressure: ≤0.98Mpa
Sealing chamber temperature: -20℃~150℃
Linear velocity: ≤10m/s
